How do credits work?
One credit covers each started minute of source video, charged once per project when its duration is known. A 45-minute video costs 45 credits. Reviewing, trimming and exporting its clips are included.
Is there a subscription?
No. New accounts receive 30 free credits after setup. The BETA package adds 600 credits for a one-time $5 payment through Stripe. Credits do not expire.
When do I receive my free credits?
Your 30 welcome credits are added once you complete account setup. You can use them to explore the same clipping workflow before buying a pack.
Do my credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay in your account. There is no monthly reset or recurring subscription.
Where do I buy more credits?
Open the credit menu in your dashboard and choose the BETA package. Checkout is handled through Stripe.
Can I export multiple formats?
Yes. Select 9:16, 1:1, 16:9 or 4:5. Each selected format becomes a separate MP4 download.
